& PackagesOur pricing is based on the complexity of the hunt, the number of participants, and the level of facilitation desired.
Pricing is also dependent on the level of customization
you’re looking for in terms of location, theme or interactivity. There
would obviously be additional expenses involved if, for instance, you wanted
to have your hunt at the Oakland Zoo with a safari theme and actors in costume
to interact with the players.

We can readily create a treasure hunt in the city or meeting place of your choosing anywhere around the world. We have created successful treasure hunts at outdoor retreats, in a hospital complex, and in various museums.
Each hunt is tailored according to the nature of your event and the characteristics of the participants. The hunts do not require familiarity with the playing area to achieve success.
Solving clues can call upon a variety of skills: knowledge of popular culture, current events and literature; map-reading and simple puzzle solving skills; research skills; and the ability to work effectively as a team.
Some clues are easy, a few are difficult, and many are in-between, giving players a variety of intellectual challenges.
Hunts can last from two to four hours, not including a pre-hunt orientation / briefing, and a post-hunt de-briefing (if desired). We tailor the length of the hunt to your needs and scheduling requirements.

We provide all the materials, including a instructions, clues map and street indices, score-sheets, and clue solutions and explanations, that you’ll need to make the hunt a success.
We can create theme treasure hunts based around films, novels or other thematic sources, and can incorporate role-playing actors as part of the adventure.
We have created theme treasure hunts for private parties based on the film Vertigo and the novel (and TV mini-series) Tales of the City. Participants received a videotape of the film with their invitations, and solved clues leading to prominent locations featured in each work.
